14 Signs You Are Born With An Entrepreneurial Spirit

14 Signs You Are Born With An Entrepreneurial Spirit 1

Creating your own business is hard. Very hard. Not everyone has an entrepreneurial spirit , nor can everyone start a project of this type.

You have to put everything you have to get it out: your talent, your creativity, your ideas, your money …

And those things are precisely what often cause us to paralyze and not take the man or business woman we carry inside.

Because yes, it’s scary to believe that your talent and creativity are not going to be enough , or that you can not think of any idea, or risk what you have to start an enterprise.

Would you like to know if you have a true entrepreneurial spirit , but are you afraid to show it to the world? These are the 14 signs to discover it.

14 signs that indicate that you have an entrepreneurial spirit

1. You Do not fit in

If you have a job and earn good money on it, you should be happy.

How many times have you been told that? When you talk to your friends, your family, even your partner, that your current job no longer motivates you, you are not thrilled, how many times have you been told that you should be thankful that you have at least one job?

Just thinking that you will have to work in the same place, with the same colleagues, doing the same tasks over the next couple of years is enough to want to start your own business.

You have an entrepreneurial spirit if a job is not for you; if you do not fit into it, or do not want to fit in it. And you do not want to continue working for another.

2. You think different from others

The true entrepreneur does not think like the others. While others are content to go to work and be paid at the end of the month, you do not feel satisfied with this.

You can not stand doing the same things over and over again. Your mind is constantly solving problems, thinking of ideas and ways of doing something different.

Sometimes, when you wake up, you have a great idea that you think of as a business opportunity and you need to write it down not because you’re going to forget it, but because you know that that’s what you want to do.

3. You hate the idea of living a wrong life

At night, when it’s late, you start mulling over what decision to make: is it a good idea to quit my job and start a business, or is it just something stupid?

It torments you that because of your indecision and your fear of risking yourself, you may be living a life that you do not really like or want.

You think what would happen if you took the step , if you had the courage to start your business once and for all, and with each thought you see more clearly that  you would be happier if you decided to do it.

4. You have your own definition of success

Maybe it’s the money. Perhaps it is to have a certain status within society. Or maybe it’s being able to earn enough to give your family the life they deserve and the life you want to live.

Whatever it is, if you have your own definition of success, you know how far you want to go, and that way makes you as happy and satisfied as possible, it means that you have an entrepreneurial spirit.

5. You are always looking for a change

You are the one who at work continues to give your boss new ideas to improve. You know there’s a better way to do it, and you will not be happy until you try it.

Many times you have been told “if it is not broken, do not fix it”. But that drives you crazy. You do not want something to always remain the same if you can improve it.

You want it to be the best possible!

If you are always looking for that change, and making things better, it may be time to become an entrepreneur.

6. You are not afraid to dream

You are not afraid to dream about what you really want to do. Although you may be a bit afraid to fail, you are willing to overcome it to reach your goal.

And of course, you are not afraid of success , because you know that if you want it, you can achieve it.Entrepreneurial spirit

7. They once told you that you were not good enough

There is always someone in our lives that out of envy, out of fear, or because they are not comfortable with themselves, they are going to say hurtful things to make us feel bad.

“I do not think you have what it takes to create your own business.”  “You do not know anything and you are going to fail.”

Those are some phrases that you have been told. But you’re going to prove them wrong.

At first you might care about those opinions; but now you do not care. And you want to prove to yourself that you can with everything that you’ve got, and that the only opinion that matters is yours.

8. You can not stand having a boss

You have a manager. That person has a boss too. The director of the company may be higher up. Or even the owner.

The point is that you are not the person who is above all. And you want to be the one who controls your own life. You do not want to be kept locked in a box.

It is you who wants to set your own schedules, decide how much to earn based on what you work on or contributions to that project, and that others are not the ones who decide for you.

Why would people, managers, and entrepreneurs that you do not even know tell you how much you should earn in exchange for your effort ? For you, that is totally unacceptable.

If you have this thought, it means that you were born with an entrepreneurial spirit.

9. You want a better life for your children

You do not want your children to grow up like you: doing something they do not like just because of the money they are going to earn.

You want them to be happy, to contribute something that helps improve this world, and to be motivated by it.

And you feel that the best way to achieve this is by giving them an example by believing in you and doing what really satisfies you.

10. You want to earn your salary thanks to your talent

If you work for others, they will decide how much you can and should earn.

But if you work for yourself, it will be you who decides the price of your effort, your perseverance, your work and your talent.

Having an entrepreneurial spirit means that you want to be the one to decide what, how much and why, and not some other person.

11. Looking back, you want to see a life well lived

Imagine in 40 or 50 years, when you are old and you have retired from work, looking back on your life.

How do you want to see yourself? Do you want to see years and years of bitterness, anguish, living every day unhappily in a job that you did not like or where you think you deserve?

Or do you want to remember your past life as a wonderful time where you did what you wanted and were passionate about every minute?

If you choose the second question, that means you have an entrepreneurial spirit.

12. You want to be remembered

I do not mean that you want to be remembered worldwide, nor that you plant a statue in your honor in your favorite square – although that is also very good -.

I mean to be reminded of the people who knew you as a free spirit who followed your heart to live as you really wanted to.

You want to be remembered not for what you did, but for something more important: the kind of person you were.

13. You know what is possible

You may not have started any project yet because you are about to start it; Or maybe you already have your own business for which you have fought so hard to build it from scratch.

Be that as it may, you know that it is possible, and that you can achieve it .

You read websites like this to find new business ideas, how to attract customers, use social networks to promote yourself.

You try to go to events and watch videos to create a solid business.

Not only do you have the belief that you can: you have the knowledge to get it. Time and effort are the only things you need to succeed.

14. You Do not think you can live otherwise

Every time you see everything clearer: there is no other way you can live except by being your own boss and making your own decisions.

You do not even want to try working for another. Why would you do it?

You really have an entrepreneur spirit.
